International award

Nacala International Airport

In 2016, the Nacala International Airport project received the Award of Merit in the Global Best Projects competition organised by Engineering News-Record (ENR), in the Airport/Port category. The recognition highlighted the quality of the engineering project, including innovation, design, construction, health and safety. ENR identifies ADM, EP, as the project owner.

Operational certification

Operational certification of Maputo International Airport

On 27 August 2018, Maputo International Airport received an operational certificate issued by the Civil Aviation Institute of Mozambique (IACM). The certification confirmed compliance with applicable operational requirements following an audit process and improvements to airport infrastructure.
